Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement via WhatsApp.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Products with physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Personal use items such as earbuds cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time is 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Defective products can be exchanged for the same item subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
